This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I am sorry to hear that you had head injury. It is life unfortunate moments.

Please help yourself with the following medicine and report back in 2 weeks or so.

Medicines:

Please take Natrum Sulph 30c in wet doses, twice a day, till you get better (say morning and evening)

You can take Arnica 30c, once a day, 2 pills (say in the night)

Preparing Wetdose: (Curtosy Joe)

Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water (Spring Water or purified water - not mineral water).
Pour out about 1 inch of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done 'every time before taking' a capful of this water from the bottle.
