dr. mehfooz plz - reacurent genital thrush

I've been battling mild versions of thrush for the last year or so.
Almost 3 weeks ago I started to feel itching in my vulva. My homoeopath had prescribed me staphysagria in hy potency before the thrush surfaced. The itching became very strong and my genitals very sore, swollen and itchy. I was advised to take another 6 dozes of saphysagria in 200 (3 doses per day). I also went on a strict diet. Started to feel better... but I have a very strong craving for sweets, especially chocolate (does not agree with me, often get itchy skin and feel irritable)and find it very hard to stay away from it. I have sweets and the itchiness in vulva is back.
There is odourless white creamy discharge, itching gets worse after washing with water. My period is due any day now, have very sore breasts and am quite dominant...
Have been using hypericum Q to wash my vulva, am taking good probiotic supplement for the last 3 months... have some mild discomfort on the right upper side of abdomen (under the ribs) from time to time.
Would very much appreciate your advice. Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take KREOSOTUM-200 (3 drops per dose one at morn. and one at night and report after 4 days).

If you know hindi name of Patkhari please mix a small quantity of its powder in 1 ltr water and wash vulava twice a day.

Thank you for your replies!
By the time I got Kreosotum (had to wait for 5 days), the discharge and itchiness was gone. I used yoghurt + essential oils to relieve the thrush related itchiness (had no luck with finding phatkari here in a small village in UK). I had my period and all seamed to be better.
Now I'm in my mid cycle and things start again... I have white odourless creamy discharge, a bit of itchiness after washing vulva. I also feel mild pain in the very lower abdominal (seams to radiate down my thighs) and am feeling a bit nauseous. I pass a lot of gas.
I'm starting detox diet today. So hope this will make a change on the whole body. Any other suggestions?
Thank you!
