High Fever with cold toddler

My 34 months old daughter is having 102.7 degree F fever for last two days. I am giving her fever reducer but its not helping. Her nose is blocked and runny intermittently. She is looking very tired. Not eating and drinking anything. Having constipation. Last potty was 3 days ago accompained with pain and foul smell and mucous. She is on Silicea 30 3 times a day for constipation and eating problems.Pls suggest.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please stop silicea. She is taking silicea and then also she has not passed stool for 3 days. So silicea is not her remedy. Please give her the following remedies

day 1
three doses of Nux Vomica 200c at a gap of 4 hours

day 2 to day 5
1 pellet each of the following tissue salt thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours

kali mur 6x
ferrum phos 6x
natrum sulph 6x
