doctor qualification

Assalamu alaikum (Peace be upon you).

I am 23 years old male. Studying in engineering university. I want to know the qualification of doctor from whom I can get better remedy for chronic nocturnal emission. Actually I want to make appointment to a homeopathy doctor in Bangladesh but confused to whom I shall consult. I mean what specialist may help me. Actually I little know about homeopathy whether there are any title/degree that will inform me that the doctor is specialist about that section.
My symptoms are:
1. more than 8 times nocturnal emission from my adolescence
2. lack of memory as time passing
3. lack of eyesight
4. so much impotency
5. so much sexual sensitivity; little arousal make me to emit
6. so much frustrated
7. ocd problem

Would anyone like to help me?

please take thuja-Q (10 drops drop on tongue at night) continue it for 8 days also take Nat. Phos.6x (3 tablets thrice after meal)
