At the risk of sounding ridiculous, can a small remedy specifically Dulcamara cure a sycotic miasm?maryo on 2005-03-09

Does dulcamara 6 act as a remedy to bad sore on feet which looks like an infection cum the effect of dryness? I have developed a very bad sore in 2 separate regions under the base of my feet.It is very painful and looks like deep cracks with hardened scales.Sometimes it becomes very painful due to monsoon water and dirt.Plz suggest whether dulcamara 6 can serve as a remedy.If not what is the remedy.

You need calendula-Q application on wound externally and Arnica-30 internaly (thrice a day).
