Dry Skin

I am a male 51 years. For last almost 25 years I am having chronic waist pains. Not continuous ones, but occasional pains. I feel better in motion, or in standing position. Again, i am having dry skin problem also, which gets aggravated in winter. Is Rhus Tox 30 right remedy for me? Any other remedy?
