Inflammation and numbness in fingers and palm

Last year June I got infected with Chikungunia. With high fever and joint pain in the left side of the left knee which lasted for a two days I became alright. After six months in December my both palms above the wrists started paining and swelling. Added to this my fingers started becoming numb. The pain, inflammation and numbness still persists inspite of taking painkillers. Kindly suggest me any therapy in Homeopathy which will take care of the symptoms I mentioned.
