how t get rid off thyroid lump?

My case is simple or complicated, depends from what angle we are looking on it,or for who,for me is hard.
O.K.,let's start.I am 29 years old male.I have lump filled with coloid on my right thyroid lobe.Hormons are normal,FNA showed normal tissue, right lobe is slightly bigger then left, but still normalMy symptoms are;chocking under Adam's apple, feeling of "something" on my right side of throat, difficult swallowing and pain in right side of chest when I swallow and light pain i right side of neck.Neck is very sensitive on anything around it.That would be regarding thyroid.Problems (possible) linked with heart;palpitations after meal, feeling of heart is bumping on,sensation of ball will jump out of throat, sometimes pressure in middle of chest.Pulse is about 70 in min.,BP is 120/80.
I have fear of heart attack,I know it is up to my mind.Pain in prostate gland;urinate is mostly fine, burning pains in lower stomach and anus, more before and after urinate.
Emotionaly I am very worried for health despite of fact that is not too seroius, but I feel that I am incurable.
I have tried about ten remedies in potencies of 30C,and till now I didn't feel any progress.Currently I use Ars.Album of 30C,5 drops per a day.Is it good choice?Any correction or advice?Besides I am sensitive to cold, anything what cold I drink or eat, effects on my throat. When I will stop to rove? Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
For somebody who is keen to search up my case, here are a bit more symptoms;headaches always start in front of head and spread further, when I walk I have sensation that left side is heavier then right.
All symptoms can occur or be worse at any time,no particular order.Any food is fine to me,only I cannot eat bigger quantities. So I split meals in 4 or 5 portions. After meal I burp a lot.Have no problem with stool.Cannot sleep in afternoon.

I can't believe that nobody among all these homeopath "experts", at this forum, who give advices and are full of "wisdom" is not capable to give simple answer is Ars.Album good remedy for my case, despite of all accurate descriptions.Instead of that you can read "cases like -penis in banana shape-,like it is some problem,or "wise" sayings, like -man and woman-!!!What's this, forum for help or advice,or some so called philosophy forum!!!

Arsinum Album and Argentum Nitricum are two medicines I never prescribe to anybody without knowing him/her for long enough to be sure.

Interesting thing, because I was prescribed to use those two remedies, but as it is obvious without any results. If I may ask why you pointed those two remedies,is it something about them what demands caution?

Intereseting thing, because I have used those to remedies,I was prescribed to use them.If I may ask,is something what demands caution regarding those remedies?I have read post reply of moon child, does it mean that Belladona is also worth for me either?

These two are constitutional remedies and only work if mind symptom match.

Arsenum Album person is a order freak, wants order in everything. His room, clothes etc are extraordinarily clean.

Argentum Nitrum person is a nerurotic one and always in hurry. Everybody must hurry.

Hey Askomacic, how are you doing?

Often a thyroid lump may be treated with thyroid hormone, and this is called "suppression" therapy. The object of this treatment is to attempt shrinkage of the mass over time, usually three-six months.

If the lump continues to grow during treatment when you are taking the medication, most doctors will recommend removal of the affected lump. If there is a lump of the thyroid or a diffused enlargement (goiter), your doctor will propose a treatment plan based on the examination and your test results.

If the fine needle aspiration is reported as suspicious for or suggestive of cancer, then thyroid surgery is required.

Best eishes,

Thanks on advice bkdaniels, but if you didn't read my first letter; I have to repeat again that I have passed all tests;hormons were checked every four months, and they were normal, needle aspiracy didn't show anything suspicious, scintigraphy also didn't show lump, and ultra sound as well,it was decreased in last 8 months for 30%,so doctors didn't give me any treatment because it wasn't need for that!!!That's way I have adressed to homeopathy, trying for find way to instigate remission of lump!On this way i would recomand people who have similar problems,to do all medical examinations, than afterwards to decide on way they will seek for help!I am not rejecting classic medicine, but in stage where I am currently I have to do something,of course surgery is always avaiable, but even doctors say that is not indicated in my case.It is more matter for how long I can handle with problems caused by lump, which are mainly of mechanical disturbance and emotional iritation!

Hey Askomacic, how are you doing?

Hyperthyroidism can be treated three different ways: Firstly drugs to block the release and effects of the hormone can be used. Secondly, it can be treated by radioactive iodine which is taken up by the thyroid and which destroys the gland. Lastly, surgical removal of the thyroid is sometimes performed to treat this condition.

Hypothyroidism is simply treated by taking thyroxine tablets once a day.
