SALAM O ALIKUMsir how r u? i m very embaressed now its my promise to u n myself that i'll not do that in future. now i have start the prayers please help me out i have start this habit 10 years ago now my condition is very bad like erection time is only 2 or 4 stroke most of the time i discharge during intercourse my girl friend is not happy with me now i stop to meet her.i mb very roughly and hardly penis turned to little left no hardness no erection time is there any treatment of this disease?the semen is like water not thick. Smoker i left the smoking after 7 years.

4days.
dose: 5drops in some water thrice a day.
then dont take any medicine after 4 days.
