Piles
Pain in anus after passing motion, small pea size lump persists. The veins around anus are swollen. No bleeding. not feeling complete satisfaction after motion. Frequent motion (6-7 times). Sometimes hard stool, sometimes loose. The problem is since 15 years ( i m 33 years now). Cold water relieves burning pain.Dietary habits very simple, less spice.
Kindly suggest the medicines

please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200c at a gap of 4 hours
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
day 2 to day 10
please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
calc fluor 6x
kali mur 6x
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Please report after 10 days.

Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.

Internal pilessince 15yrs. Unsatisfied motion, stool hard, pain like splinters, diet very light, no coffee, no tea, very less spicy, breakfast fruits.
Took sulpur 200 and Nux vom as suggested. Not much improvement.
Pls suggest soon. It is unbearable with swelling around anus, no bleeding.

piles and hemorrhoids are derived from Latin and Greek. Hemorrhoids are dilated veins on or within the anus between the body's two venous systems; the body-wide or systemic network and the portal venous system that drains the viscera the porta or gate to the liver.

When you take two meds one after the other and again the first one...it is called 'to alternate'.
Dosage:
1. AESCULUS HIP.Q
dose(10 drops thrice daily in 1/8th glass of water) half hour before meals
2. Hamamelis Virg.Q
dose(20 drops in 1/8 glass of water) half hour after every meal.
