This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
According to the most authoratative man I know , when Psor hits the palms and soles it is very difficult to cure . One thing you would HAVE to give up would be spicy foods.
You give a good clue in your query.
Are you , in areas where you can personally set the standard , very neat and tidy.
Do you in bed, like to keep the body warm and the head cool.
Do you have any 'burning' pains.
Is there any time of the year when the condition changes.

dear passkey, you are very correct. spicy food aggravates my psoriasis. I like to keep my body warm and head cool and my psors worsen during winter and spring.

Dear Sekhar,

After 2 1/2 years of homeopathic treatment, I am 80% cured of long-standing psoriasis on my palms, arms (totally clear) and soles. It was quite a long and difficult journey with several horrid flare-ups, but after finding the right potency and remedy (with occasional intercurrents) my progress has been excellent. The important thing to remember is persistence. Once started in the homeopathic treatment, it's all too easy to become discouraged (in skin disease) and revert to allopathic "cures" for relief. Along the way, I discovered several natural ointments to relieve violent itching spells (pure aloe vera gel kept in the fridge is one)and shea nut butter (pure only) to combat the flaking and dryness, unscented vaseline from a tube is another good one and inexpensive. Also, Bach's Rescue Remedy can be invaluable during the bad itching bouts. Once your homeopath finds the right constitutional remedy, be confident that given time, you will be cured. Good luck.

Once a friend of mine gave me some homeopathic medicine After comsuming it i had eruptions on my wrists and ankles. After that the psoriasis on my palms and soles started clearing. Can anyone give me a hint as to which medicine it was? I will be very grateful.

Thanks

Maybe Arsenic, Sulphur or Psorinum.
Alongside homeopathy, get some Aloe leaves (the actual leaves please, not the manufactured gel-stuff) and apply the jelly-like inside to the affected areas. Do this twice, thrice a day - as convenient. You can refrigerate the leaf and use one for several days.
