This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Both are different.

They are different.
Ashwagandha is Indian Ginseng, an adoptogen. It works primarily on adrenal.

Tribulus Terrestris is found in many tropical country including India (called gokshura). It works as aphrodisiac (sex enhancer - works on pituitary) for both male and female. In case of male it increases LH hormone, which in turn increases testosterone.

This is homeopathic forum - Might not be right place to discuss this, because other feedbacks will be missing. However, Zinc, Selenium, Lecithin, L-Arginine, L-Carnitine, Yohimbine, Meca, etc. help for sperm.

Possibly Tribulus also helps.

But Ashwagandha and Tribulus have more to do with libido, first one by controlling stress and the second one by increasing testosterone.

The Lecithin and L-Carnitine is dependent on Liver.

Hi

I would like to add that I have tried Tribulus Terrestris Q 10 drop, twice or thrice daily. It helped me to have more strength in workout and yes I believe little in libido too.

I believe combination of Tribulus Terrestris, Yohimbine and Muira Puama helps alot in increasing testosterone but with adequate quantity of ZINC available in body as its essential for new testosterone production and if enough Zinc is not available then they may bring harm to health.

If you want free testosterones then a touch of Urtica Urenes (Stingling Needle) helps in decreasing SHBG and prolactin levels.

This is just personal research, not advised for anyone to try this on oneself or try it at your own risk.

Mr. Dhundhun
there is a question I would like to ask you on same topic. Homeopathic Tinctures, do they have the same effect like taking the herb or hence in homeopathy do they bring opposite effects? I believe opposite effects are brought from higher potency right?

Thanks
