Any doctor! pls. help

Dear Sir,

Since the last few weeks whenever I pass gas through rectum, it smells a lot and this ashames me in front of others even in my family members.

My appetite is also reduced from 4 chappatis to 3 chappatis.

In the morning, when I pass stool, I get the feeling that there is something inside my rectum which is stopping the stool to pass. I have to apply some pressure in order to pass stool.

Earlier I was having pilesproblem during which some blood used to come along with stool. But at present, there is no blood.

Pls. help me

Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day. Please see how it affects in the next 4 days. You may take 2 pellets each of kali mux 6x and calc flour 6x thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours during these 4 days.

If there is no relief after 4 days please take Sulphur 200c in the same way and follow that with the tissue salts. Please report after 10 days.
