i have post in the past for same problem.Dr reva i have anal fistula for long time on left side one dr sugest silicea 200c one dose a day its been almost 8 months since i am taking its better but not cured its gets puss its pain full and when puss is gone or discharge i feel better but since i am taking silicea its not as pain full it dose not get bigger i mean puss discharge before it get bigger i also try to copy my past post on this site please help me if there is any cure in homeopathyanal mulipel fistula From imran655 on 2007-09-30

and rumotied arthrits
i am wory about fitula a went to see a surgen and he told me chance to get better 50% and other risk is high
is there any homeopathic medison for this

Dear friend,
Fistula is difficult to cure and needs constant consultation with a homeopath.Do not take it easy.
Medicine prescribed merely on the name of disease without thorough case taking, most of the time fails.

Homeopathy is highly promising in curing Fistula.
Take the following two medicines as a curative medicine for 1 month and write back.
Sunday, Thursday:
Acid Flouric 30c, 2 pellets in the morning
Monday, Wed, Fri:
No Medicine
Tue, Saturday:
Day3: Silicea 30c, 2 pellets in the morning.
All 7 days in a week:
Calc Flour 12x (Cell Salts), 4 pellets in the evening. Continue for 1 week, stop for a week and continue for a week and stop for a week and so on.
To get some relief in pain, I suggested to take the combination medicine named 'Hemorrhoid', made by 'HEEL' (brand name). You will ask for brand named HEEL.
Several patients told me how promptly it helps. You should use only if you have pain. When using this medicine, you should not take any of the medicines given above (Acid Flou, Silic, Calc Flour). After stoping Heel medicine, you can continue the course.

sorry to bother you again i need clear about one medison is it acid flouric also called Hydro flouricum acidum please let me know because i could not find acid flouric

Hyrdo Flouric Acid is NOT the right one.
Please look for Flouric Acid. This is same as Acid Flouric
Silicea in liquid form can be taken by putting 1 or 2 drops in 10 to 15 ml of water and drinking all the water
