i hava severe cold

hello drs
i have cold runing nose sneezeing in the mornin and evening and cough when i go to bed at night because of the mucus falls in to throth i feel chil in the evenig may be because of the fever i bleave but never cheched please help me thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Ferrum Phos 6x, (cell salt tablets), 10 tablets in 1/2 glass of warm/hot water. Drink this every 2 hours for the first 3 doses. Then every 4 to 6 hours. No other medicine needed till the inflamatory stage is complete. Then do the same way with Kali Mur 6x (cell salt/ Bio Chemic).

No cold water, no yogurt/curd, no fruits, no raw foods, take only cooked food. Toasted bread is good.


Please report after 1 or 2 days of use.
