Kadwa or any body advice

Dear sir,

My wife is in the periods and she got all the below problems.

She stopped the periods before 7 or 8 days back by taking allopathy medicine 'Registron'.the symptoms as if now are


Giddiness,Drowsiness(Lifting eyelids is dificult),Headache,Body Pains,Vomting sensation,stomach ache,weakness of the body.

Please advice on the medication ASAP.

Please give her three doses of Nux Vomica 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day and see whether it helps in next few days.
