sepia for tired mom who is breastfeeding and has bad cold

Hello,

I just moved from the warm southwest to the cold northeast a month ago and a few weeks later my 5-month-old infant got a cold, which I then got. My 2-year-old now has it too. Very phlegmy cough, and runny noses. I am also extremely exhausted from the emotional trauma to the toddler from the move. I am at home all day with both of them and have no help.

So another mother suggested vitamins D3 a B vitamin and sepia. I bought sepia at whole foods (sepia 30c) but haven't taken it yet. I am also taking a prenatal for breast feeding support.

Thanks!
