The ABC Homeopathy Forum

i had an insecure childhood and was threatened with physical abuse when I was handed a cigarette when I 15 years old which was the beginning of a lifetime heavy smoking habit.
I then married and was beset with financial worries due to a gambling husband, Again insecurities. When things were going especially bad I smoked more and more.
It never feels better. Cigarettes are my crux and my security. I have also bitten my nails all my life but recently stopped for the sake of a new boyfriend and had no problem doing that???
I sleep very very well however?
I have not really had any major diseases.
I tend to have some sort of reaction to every single medicine I take including natural medicines. The reactions vary and can be strange at which time I tend to give up on the medication. When I speak of medication I mean natural things which I am always trying because I try to keep healthy as I am so aware of how bad the smoking is.
I prefer warm foods and do not really like salads. I tend towards sweeter foods rather than salty foods.
I have cold feet of course and feel the cold more than most.
I have been very lucky to have had fairly good health but if I get the flu then it takes me a lot longer to get better than most people.
I am 51 years old now.
Apart from the smoking I do as much as I can to look after myself with a healthy and a bit alternate lifestyle
