heart racing alpha ts

i have this big problem of anxiety and nervousness
while giving an interview or when many people are looking at me my heart starts racing

i started taking schwabe alpha ts 10 drops in water once in a day

i want to know if this is right medicine for my problem
if so whats the right dosage and more importantly for how long do i need to take this medicine

You may see whether Argentum Nit 200c helps you. You may take three doses of Argentum Nit 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and see how that affects you in the next 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

i don't have any idea about the medicine that you are taking.

the medicine i was talking about is schwabe alpha ts (tension and stress )
it is composed of
eschscholtzia california Q 25%
lupulus Q 30%
passiflora incornata Q 30%
zincum metallicum 6x 1%
excipients q.s
alchol content 58%

i am looking for a medicine that can bring general calm in my personality especially in crucial times (make or break events)
arg nit does work at the time of anticipation of the event but doesnt help much when i am actually performing the event
