Body irritation
Hello doctors,I have a peculiar problem, my age is 38 years, and for the past 8 to 10 years I get itching and also develops rashes while itching, the itching will be almost in my entire body, I take Citrizine table and the itching immediately goes off, and it comes back every 2 or 3 days sometime it gets delayed till 4 or 5 days. But it will certainly comes back. I also have consulted homeopathy doctor, but I did not had any permanent relief on this front.
Please advise me with this painful experience.

*Please describe your mental state like you are irritable, calm, worried, depressed, frustrated etc. How are your relations with your close relatives and friends?
*Please describe your other physical symptoms like headache, backache etc.
*You prefer cold environment and open air or do you prefer warm surroundings.
*At what time of day you as an individual feel better and worse like better in the morning and worse at night.
*How is your sleep?
*How is sweat? It is less, more or normal? Where do you sweat more like in armpits, head etc.
*How is your thirst for water, cold drinks and hot drinks?
*Whether the complaints aggravate after movements or while taking rest.
*How is your bowel movement? Constipated, loose or normal. How is the digestion?
*Are you able to satisfy your sexual desires?
*Please describe your other physical symptoms like headache, backache etc.
*You prefer cold environment and open air or do you prefer warm surroundings.
*At what time of day you as an individual feel better and worse like better in the morning and worse at night.

*Please describe your mental state like you are irritable, calm, worried, depressed, frustrated etc. How are your relations with your close relatives and friends?
Ans: Mostly I am calm person, my relation with close relative and friends is very nice and most of them love my company.
*Please describe your other physical symptoms like headache, backache etc.
Ans: I do not have headache problem or backache, however if I delay in taking food I get a huge headache.
*You prefer cold environment and open air or do you prefer warm surroundings.
Ans: I prefer warm surroundings, I do not like too much cold.
*At what time of day you as an individual feel better and worse like better in the morning and worse at night.
Ans: I feel normal at all times, however I do not like to get out of bed and feel to sleep more. I almost all the times drag myself out of the bad to get up.
*How is your sleep?
Ans: I sleep around 6 to 7 hours a day, and during week ends I sleep for 8 to 9 hours, however as I said I almost always drag myself out of the bed.
*How is sweat? It is less, more or normal? Where do you sweat more like in armpits, head etc.
Ans: I do not get much of sweat, I spend around 9 to 10 hours in office A/C environment, if I sweat when I go outside it is more in armpits.
*How is your thirst for water, cold drinks and hot drinks?
Ans: My usually drink enough water, it would be more than 4 liters of water, I do not take very cold water, I usually take normal water most of the time. I do take 3 small cups of coffee per day, cold drinks are occasional, I do not take any other hot drinks or alcohol
*Whether the complaints aggravate after movements or while taking rest.
Ans: usually I feel more itching after coming back from office once I change my dress, and it continues till I take cetrizine tables, the itching will go off in 20 to 30 minutes once I take table. And the itching will not be there for almost 3 days and it starts again. Sometime I forcefully do not take cetrizine tables for a day or two during that time I also feel some vomiting feeling, but never had vomit till now. (but if take table everything will be normal)
*How is your bowel movement? Constipated, loose or normal. How is the digestion?
Ans: Most of time it is loose and normal, but I do have constipation issues also, but I manage it with regular practice of discharge, regarding digestion I have acidity problem and if I there is any delay in eating food I feel burning sensation in the chest, usually this burning sensation happens more during dinner time.
*Are you able to satisfy your sexual desires?
Ans: yes I have a satisfied sexual life.

Please take three doses of Pulsatilla 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
