tooth nerves injury

Hi,

I got tooth injury two years back from applying braces. My tooth turned gray/black.

For two weeks back, I have been taking 5 pellets/3 times a day of Kreosotum 200c for tooth nerves recovery. I'm seeing some improvement in the color of my tooth.

I have already taken 75 pellets. I'm not sure if I should continue to take Kreosotum 200c, discontinue, increase the potency or take some other medicine?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may take one dose of Kreosotum 200c every week for 3 months and see how that affects.

day 1
one dose of Kreosotum 200c

day 2 to day 7
nothing

day 8
one dose of Kreosotum 200c

.....like that...

Hello Dr.,

The shipment of my medicine hasn't arrived yet, so I haven't taken Kreosotum in 2 wks now.

For the past few weeks, I have been noticing sensitiveness and feeling pain in my lower front teeth. When I got tooth injury, although, my other teeth didn't change color, but my lower teeth used to pain and became sensitive to air and cold. Slowly the pain and senstivity went away, but the symptoms have come back again.

I think the pain is worse in the night and maybe morning too. What do you suggest I should do?

Thank you!

Please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 15 days and see how that affects.
calc flour 6x
mag phos 6x
silicea 6x

Please don't take these tissue salts on the day you take any homeo remedy.

Can I take Kreosotum or should I wait for 15 days?

Hello Dr. Kadwa,

I need your advice please.

I have been taking 1 dose of Kreosotum 200c once a week for last three weeks, but I haven't noticed any improvement.

Should I be concerned?

In homeopathy remedies can't be taken with a single objective of altering some pathology like tooth color. You have done your constitutional analysis and have arrived at Sepia as your remedy. In this situation i think that Sepia itself may help you as it appears under teeth discoloration in the Kent's Repertory.

DISCOLORED black : Arg-n., Chin., chlor., con., ign., kreos., Merc., merl., nit-ac., phos., plb., puls., sep., squil., Staph., syph., thuj.

after aching : Sep.

in streaks : Staph.

brown, sooty : Chlor.

dark : Chin., Fl-ac., sabin.

spots : Kreos.

gray : Merc., phos., plb.

yellow : All-c., ars., asc-t., iod., lyc., med., merc., nit-ac., ph-ac., plb., sil., thuj.

So you should take any decision after careful analysis.

Hello Dr.,

I have been taking Sepia for 2 mos. now, but I have noticed any improvement in the tooth color in the last month or so. It's still gray. Normally, does it take this long to recover?

I took the 3 tissue salts that you asked me to take -
calc flour 6x
mag phos 6x
silicea 6x

My teeth don't ache as much now, but the pain and sensitivity does come back once in a while. Another thing, after my braces treatment my teeth went in. After I took these medicines, my teeth came back out again.

There is no guarantee that a homeo remedy can effect specific changes like change in tooth colour. Bio-chemic medicines do effect such changes with some certainty where they are expected to effect the changes. It is strange that your teeth came out after taking the tissue salts. It may be a co-incidence. You may take tissue salts whenever you have tooth pain.
