Closest remedy to Godzilla

Having had some successful provings I have a person who comes closest to the delusional sensation level of godzilla. Large, powerful, standing on top, must win, headaches, diabetes, hernia, parasitic infestation.

Would appreciate recommendations on possible remedies. Have researched reptiles but so far no match.
