vaginal itching in young girl

Does anyone have any suggestions to cure vaginal itching in a 6 year old girl? Her vagina is red and it itches. If I apply Calmoseptine cream it's not as bad. Recently she keeps pressing upward on her vaginal. She says she is doing this because there is a bubble there. She has taken Pulsatilla, Sepia and Kreos but it persists. I'd appreciate any information. Thanks!

In what potency has she tried Sepia?

Please give her one dose of sulpher30 (3 drops) at night and Cina-30 (5 drops four times a day) and report after a week.
