skin comlexion

i am 15yrs old.i hav a dark complexion n want to grow fair! my father has a similar complexion but my mother is very fair.i feel bad when i see my frnds fairer than me.i am beautiful and i have a very good personality but my darkness hides my beauty. because of this i hate to pose for pics also.

PLEASE ANY BODY HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
