hypothyroidism

Hello ... I am 42 yrs old, ht 5'3' and weigh 69kgs. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 3 yrs back and have been taking eltroxine 100mcg (x6 days) and 150mcg (1day). Other problems I face are usually before my periods when my breasts are swollen and at times painful, I feel dizzy and there is a whitish sometimes smelly vaginal discharge. I feel sleepy and tired most of the time, however, I don't sleep too well. After even a moderate exercise I feel tired at times especially of late. My feet remain cold in winter and very hot & uncomfortable in summer. I have also been getting knee joint pains since alomost a year now.My normal BP is 110/70 though many time it has been recorded as 90/60. I also have seasonal pollen allergy which at times becomes asthmatic.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I forgot to mention about sciatica and spondolysis which I have had for over 10 yrs. Body pains are aggravated in damp weather and under fan especially in the pelvic area and before mensuration.

Please take three doses of Sepia 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.

Hello as per instructions I took Sepia 200c three times 4 pills for one day about 15 days back. Initially i felt quiet energetic and was able to sleep well, however since about last one week I am not able to sleep till almost 1:00 am and have to wake up at 5:30am. At times I wake up even before without alarm. As a result post lunch at work I feel very sleepy.
I have been able to do pranayam for 15 min daily and also managed to get back on the treadmill since last few days. I have also been able to lose some weight ... though I need to lose another 8 - 10kgs.
