Urgent any doctor :Enlarged uterus

I am bleeding since last 40 days & have become very weak please help urgently I dont want hysterectomy

46/female/uae/hot

2. Current complain - from how long:
enlarged uterus with 3 cm fibroid & heavy prolong bleeding & this condition is since 5 years

3. Current medicine you are taking:
homeopathic: ipecac 1 m, sabina 30, caulophylum 30 & millifolium 1m daily several doses of 30 & one dose of 1M daily

4. Sign & Symptom of disease:
Heavy prolong menstrual bleeding with only one week gap in between - red or dark red blood with dark big & medium clots

5. Breif medical history:
I am 46 year old,married & have 3 children first one normal delivery 15 years old two out of cesarian & premature 11 & 9 years old, My blood pressure went up during deliveries

I have consulted various homeopaths & took so many medicines but my problems are still there.

My biggest problem is enlarged uterus which is causing heavy prolong bleeding only giving 4-5 days gap b/w periods & bleeding with clots (hot gushing of dark red blood with dark clots)

I also have a 3 cm fibroid in uterus. My complaints are left sided mostly. I have hypertension & mild hypothyroid, anemic, left sided headache behind ear severe (including internal ear), also pain on right side (liver), left big toe has fungus.Have some little globules under the skin in the areas like abdomen, arms & legs scattered, eyesight hasbecome weak

Leg cramps during night I cannot cover legs even when I am feeling cold, my skin is dry, pale, hair falling out & graying, I am a mild person weep on any occasion but get angry on least things, like to be left alone & not like to be touched. Have constipation, gases & don’t like to do anything (though used to be very hard working & organized before) little thirst, like saltish spicy foods, fear of height, ghosts, darkness & thunderstorm,family future, illness.

8. Desires and aversion of food:
like salty & spicy food & sometimes sweet also(sometimes crave for clay to eat & things like clay taste)
Aversion from cold icy food & rich fatty food & too much sweet

organized personality, want everything in place neatly, little things make angry but not violent, a tender weepy disposition cry when alone, dont like to be touched but want to be appreciated & loved, sympathetic, affectionate, fear of dark, height, ghosts, thunderstorm, illness & something bad from future, dont like to be disturbed or contradicted, not a very contradictory person myself, capable but cannot speak in public, become sad about past events or behaviors of others for several days

10. What makes it worse and what makes it better:
my symptoms aggravate with anger, grief, exertion & rest if I can get make it better

less thirst/tongue lightly white/not diabetic
