Can homeopathy cure Sensorineural hearing loss

I think I have this partial hearing loss or impairment in my right ear, especially during social gathering.

I am unable to hear from right ear with continous disturbing sounds inside the ear.

I cannot track the direction from which sound waves actualy emanate from. I only hear noise from my right ear and not sound.

Doctors says this is a situatuion(sensorineural deafness)nothing much can be done for it except for a hearing aid.

A very famous ENT Doctor says the commonest cause is a viral infection, followed by blood flow obstruction and auto-immune disease.

'Sometimes, a tumor in the brain could precipitate this condition.

I am worried, can homeopathy really cure this problem??
