dear sir 10.12 year ago me urine problombe when i go pass urin urine is late come and start painful uske sath sath constipation phir bad men1 sal pahle bliding pailes ki problomb ho gai aur sexsual problom bhi hai jab mai sex karta hoon kabhi to sex ho jata nahi to erection karne ke kuch time bad penis loos ho jata hai badi sarm se hoti hai aur har bar sex ke time per yahi man me rahata hai kahi penis loose na ho jai aur wahi hota hai meri marne ke halat ho gai hai plese sir medicne bataen niras ho chuka hoon aur penis ke agle bhag per small warts bhi 5.6 najar aata hai plese help me nahi to mai mer jauga
