Amoebiasis and Impotency

Sir,
Im suffering from giardia and cist since long. In spiteof repeated doses of allopatic drugs, it persists. Im becoming weak and due to this, my eructions are becoming weak. Even before inter course, im loosing my eruption.
Im 40 male, slim, and like sweets.
I feel sleepy in the afternoons.
Anybody pls help
