acne on back,neck,chest and face(less than others) and one or two on other body parts

i am suffering from acne over last 5 years .In the beginning it started in face.
but after two years suddenly red thick acne started occuring on my chest and back. i took allopathy treatment but as i stop treatment acne start occuring again n again.now the condition is that acne over my face are relatively very low but on back they are red swollen thick under the skin .they are not able to emit out easily n getting worsen . on chest also they occur again n again . Two and Three acne on my neck(upper part of neck in hair pat of head)with similar condition.

generally my stomach suffer from constipation with gas(one of main problem is gas).
so kindly help me out to correct my body disorders....

It is possible that your Acne is due to your problem with Constipation for which the remedy is Nat Phos 6x dose 2-3 tablets taken after each meal. You must also drink at least 2 ltrs of liquids daily and also exercise for at least half hour daily to sweat it out.

Along with this remedy, drink as much water you can drink, early morning before brushing your teeth..

This will help u to releive constipation..

Also, drinking lots of water daily is essential for reducing your acne and inturn keeping your skin healthy..

thank for your response dr. I also had great hair loss last year. Sinus problem also occured but now a days its ok. I am emotional in nature.
