Can anyone suggest good Homeo remedy for affected by worms to my baby?

Dear,
My male baby, aged 6moths completed. His weight is 6.75 kgs.
When he was taken to pediatrics doctor to put vaccine of this month, the pediatrics doctor checked my baby weight and he gave us shock that my baby is underweight about 2.0 kgs.
And he asked about his feeding details, I clearly told that, he mostly getting breast milk, incase of insufficient time we used to give infant milk powder.
When we preparing the milk from the milk power, we usually add one teaspoon of sugar.
The pediatrics has checked my baby to make smile by both side of his lower under arm side. When doctor touches his right side, he was smiling and left side no reaction. Then doctor told that he is affected by worms by added sugar for his external milk feeding. Due to this only affected his left side sensation.
He prescribed some medicines to cure these worms.

I am looking medical experts help in this issue.

1. Should we avoid sugar to him?
2. Since he is active and doing well and no symptoms related with worms, do we need to give his
Prescription?
3. Can u confirm the baby weight is normal or less than the chart which the doctors using?
4. Can anyone suggest good Homeo remedy for above symptoms to my baby?
