This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This is some gravel build-up, usually clears in a week taking lots of beer and R27 (otherwise, I don't drink alcohol). This happens 2-3 times a year. Just wondering about trying something else.

You must get an Ultra Sound Scan to investigate the reason for your pain in the left Ureter which I presume you have self diagnosed. You owe yourself this further investigation to be certain that you have 'some gravel buildup'. Remember that all Calculi (gravel) are not patent in a scan and you may then have to get an X'ray for more information.

If you do find any Kidney stones you can use Berberis Vulgaris 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily for a few months when you will discover that the Calculi are dissolved.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you take a capfull which is the dose. Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle is sipped as directed.

Thanks Dr. Joe.

Only first time, in 1992 kidney stone was of measurable size - that too was located through Intravenous pyelography. And then it was traced for three hours until it moved from kidney to bladder. Then it took five days to come out through urine. I lost over about 15 pounds due to pain that time in five days

The stone (gravels) could not be collected in filter - too small, so type is not known. I suspect cystein type.

After that it is recurring 2-3 times a year. I have been admitted couple of times. Existing techonology (X-Ray, Ultra Sound, Spiral CT Scan) does not reveal it. The treatment is beer and R27. It will go away within a week.

I can always go to Hospital and they would do all the tests. It won't be identifiable. Getting all the tests done is wasting time for me - since I am insured, it does not cost me except some small co-pay.

My gall pipe diameter is between 1 to 2 mm. At my age it should have been 4-5mm (it becomes wider with age - as far as bile flow is concerned, it does not matter). I have not asked, may be, my ureter is also smaller in diameter and hurting for the size of gravels, otherwise not supposed to be hurting.

The purpose of this thread was to get a list of medicines with 'Chillness and pain in left ureter due to gravel'. I would examine the medicines which are not in R27. I tried Tabacum for two days. Next I'll try Kali Carb two three days. Just wanted to try a few things other than R27 constituents - in hope - if they can offer better cure.

Regards

I was interested to learn that:
'This is some gravel build-up, usually clears in a week taking lots of beer and R27 (otherwise, I don't drink alcohol). This happens 2-3 times a year. Just wondering about trying something else.'

I cannot understand how the combination of Beer with Dr Reckeweg's R27 can help to dissolve the calculi but if you have already used it with success I would suggest you go ahead and use it again.

I have recorded the case of a patient who presented Calcium Oxalate Calculi which may be of interest. I felt that you may also benefit from using the Berberis V 6c (BV) as prescribed in my last post.

This remedy is also effective for Gall Stones but there is another remedy that can also be used if BV does not help you which I can indicate later after you have used the BV for 2 months and there is evidence of the presence of the Gall Stones which can easily be identified in a US Scan.

R27 includes Berb V At potency D3 which is equivalent to 3X.

It has Acid Nit D6, Berb V D3, Lyc D5, Rubia D2, Sarsa D3.

Equivalent B14 which has Acid Nit 6X, Berb V 3X, Lyc 5X, Uva Ursi 2X, Sarsa 3X is equally effective.

Beer has only one thing, if forces to pass more urine. It has marked diuretic action. I don't drink alcohol, with RECURRING STONE, couple of FRIENDS WERE HAPPY THAT THEY HAVE ANOTHER ALCOHOLIC PARTNER TO JUSTIFY USE OF ALCOHOL. Dr. Joe, it is known to public in general, and thought, it won't be new (or a surprise element) to this forum.

Berb V alone does not help much, I have used in varying potencies in past..

I think, this bout of pain would be now over, in which I could isolate Tabacum and Kali Carb not helping with 'Chillness with pain in left ureter'. I hoped to get name of few medicines through this forum. Seems luck was not with me.

Best regards

I do not drink beer and am not aware that it is a Diuretic. However there is no need to use beer for this purpose as Apis 6c in the Wet dose will also provide the same function.

Since you have already used the remedies offered by Dr Reckeweg you may use them again.
