15 months after shingles

15 months ago I had a bad attack of shingles, on the right hand side of my head, from the top behind the right ear down into my jaw. It was so bad that I ended up in hospital. I am still in considerable pain behind my ear and in the jaw, like someone pushing sharp knives in there and cutting around in it. I have taken Lysine tablets, still take Vitamin B tablets and Lyrica (which helps a little bit).
Is there anything else I can do? It is really depressing.

Please take three doses of Arsenicum Album 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day and report back after 7 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Unfortunately, I know nothing about homoepathy. So I don't know where to get this medication.
Also, I live in australia where things might have different names.

Fortunately it is not so. You have to buy Arsenicum Album 200c. It is known by the same name throughout the world. Just go to any homeo pharmacy store or buy it online. You may see a link at the top of this page on the left side with same name. This will give you an idea about buying the remedy. i think that you can't buy from Austrailia at this website. But there may be other websites.
