Loving Sulphur, but what to do next?

After visiting this site I decided, based on my symptoms and the remedies provided, to go with Sulphur. I started taking the 12c (as per someone else's advice) 3x daily. I saw amazing results with my skin (acne and rash easily), hair not falling so much, sleeping much better, and better thinking.

Also, my 6 months old daughter used to get very constipated (exclusively breastfed) whenever I would drink any milk. Now after the sulphur I find I can drink milk and she doesn't have any indigestion from it.. (yay!).

After 3 days I cut back on the sulphur b/c i noticed that it stays in the system for a long time, so I took 1 tablet, didn't take any, then took 1 tablet today. I noticed in myself that my acne has come back a little as well as poor sleep and foggy mind. I noticed the sulphur helped so much. I eat sulphur foods a lot, so I don't know what to do now? When do I stop taking sulphur, and what do I do if my symptoms return? Also, my friend pointed out that perhaps I need more selenium if I eat sulphurous foods but I don't seem to be uptaking the sulphur. Any advice would help, b/c I love the sulphur but I don't think I'm supposed to be on it for the rest of my life =)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may take a single dose of Sulphur 30c for only one day (not daily) and see whether it helps your mental and physical symptoms in next 10 days.
