suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis and Nightfall

Hello.i am suffering from R.A & Nightfall.I have started taking the prescription of homeopathy for nightfall i saw in a discussion from a week which is(week1: DIOSCOREA VILLOSA 6C, twice or thricea day.
week2:ERYNGIUM AQUATICUM 3X, 2drop in 10ml of water, twice a day.
week3: NATRUM PHOS 30C, once a day in the morning for 1week)..
My week 1 has been completed, n its effective with DIOSCOREA VILLOSA.But ERYNGIUM AQUATICUM is not available in 3x potency..so plz any doctor tell me which potency of Eryngium should i take..
Regarding Rheumatoid Arthiritis, m suffering it from 2 yrs and i am taking alopathy medicines(HCQS,LORNOXICAM 8mg,LEFRA 20mg,cALCIUM TABS,FOLITRAX 7.5mg,FOLIC ACID,ASTEROIDS I have taken for seven months & its enjections have also been injected in my knees and one right hand finger).I am also taking homeopathy LEDUM 200, CALCARIA FLOUR200 AND CIMCIFUGA200.But have stopped it for taking Nightfall Homeopathy Medicines told above.Kindly Help me!!
