Age 37
Nature of work: Single Mother of 2 girls (3, 14yrs)

Please any questions, I need to figure out what to do that will help. I know I am a bright, giving person and want to have a fulfilling life.
I have overcome much, from homelessness, to abuse, to losing large amounts of weight, quitting my addictions, but I seem to end up back at the start.
Thank You for taking the time to read this, I know it may be long but I filled out these questions, I was hoping to give a good background.

1. Each symptom in as much detail as possible. For example, for a headache, describe the type of pain (ie sharp, dull, stabbing, pulsating etc etc)
fatigue, stiffness/dowagers hump on back of neck, depression/lonliness, weight gain, unable to concentrate cant focus, impatient/intolerant of noise/smells,
messy/disorganised, forgetful
2. Where each symptom is located (ie at right temples)
fatigue is located all over, use shopping cart to hold myself up when shopping,
stiffness is prominent in shoulders/neck/upper back, hard to wear a bra/turtleneck, take off as soon as home
weight gain (100lbs after each child, lost first time, had another child)is mostly in stomache area and rear,
3. What first started it off (ie walking in a cold wind)
have felt fatigue and stiffness as long as I can remember,
went to a chiro in grade 6 for neck/back did not help,
was 'chubby' all of a sudden at the start of grade 2, Had first child at 22 and worked out 2-3 hours a day and dieted like crazy and lost 100, then slowly went up 40, but gained all back with pregnancy of 2nd child 12 yrs later.
Depression/lonliness diagnosed first when I was 18 and had miscarriage/husband left, but am sure it was there before that,
unable to concentrate cant focus,disorganised/messy, impatient/intolerant of noise/smells, seems to have shown up around the same time
4. When it's worse (ie on seeing bright lights, on stepping, before period, etc)fatigue seems to be ok in early morning ie 6-9 so all other times, stiffness seems to alway be there depression is worse on grey days, when I feel overwhelmed I get messy/disorganized and cant clean
5. When it feels better (ie lying down in a dark room, when warm, when cold)fatigue when in cold air or sleeping stiffness when in a hot bath with epsoms
depression sunshine/cold or fresh air
6. Your sleep pattern and details of any recurring dreams. sleep 10 to 5 or 6, on rare occasion cant sleep til later, no dreams that can remember
7. What you are sensitive to (ie, heat, cold, touch, criticism, etc)sometimes cold, like to be warm, criticism, rejection, smells, noise
8. Your state of mind (fears, anxieties, attitudes, moods, etc)I fear being lonley my whole life, I get anxious if I need to be somewhere/do something and can't seem to get organized to go or do. I try to keep a positive attitude, do positive things to be a role model for my children, but inside I am torn apart. I am usually in a great mood, not too many people know I am depressed, so they don't understand and I don't go many places. I can however snap if I smell something or noise becomes intolerant, or I have not eaten. When I can't/don't clean up I would pretend I am not home so people wont come over, or meet them elsewhere.
9. Any desires or aversions for particular foods, and wether certain foods make you feel better or worse. If i ingest carbohydrates I crave more, makes me feel awful and must lay down, or can fall asleep driving, allergic to fish, love dark dark chocolate and hamburgers
10. Details of any major diseases suffered in past. Well as of a year and a half was told I have PCOS, because the Dr could not figure out what was wrong, I said if you can tell me that I 100% have it, ok, if not lets keep looking, so different Dr, and I have markers for Rheumatoid Arthritis.
11. Details of any reactions to other medicines taken. Do not take medication as I would take natural route unless life or death situation
12. History of homeopathic treatment if any. none
13. All other symptoms you have (ie watering eyes, cold feet, thirst).Always have cold feet/hands, always have thick dandruff on scalp, crack/sores behind ears occasionally since child, varicose vein in left leg, receding gums, (mild) dark facial hair, puffy dark circles around eyes, thinning hair

1. Describe your main sufferings and other related or unrelated sufferings with exact sensations, locations, modalities and probable causes.
I want to be a part of society and fall in love, or even just go out with friends, I am very lonely, and my children bring me joy but I need more. Most days I hardly have enough energy to do the things that need to be done, ie making meals, chores, showering. I go shopping or take my little one to a park in early morning as my energy level dictates,as well as not wanting to run into someone then I might have to talk to them, and I have very low self esteem.
2. Write an essay on yourself, your personality, nature, likes and dislikes, thermal preferences, cravings and aversions, fears and dreams, your ambition in life, your inner-most desires, your place in society etc.
I am a Caucasian female, pale tan a little in the sun, with auburn/brown hair and green/ hazel eyes and freckles on face/arms/back. I have long arms and legs, which don't gain close to the amount of weight as my center, I have large hips and breasts. I am shy, love to laugh, sarcastic, generally smile unless I am irritated, then seem to lose it.
Love music, seems to set my mood, like to take walks by the lake, interested in health, worked in 3 health food stores, do yoga. I quit smoking 4 years ago, as even though I was 'healthy' I was addicted, my being pregnant a 2nd time made me quit. Prefer summer, but don't like to go out in the sun, as I burn/freckle ,warm summer nights i guess. I love to help people, whether it is with a health or personal issue, and people come to me when they need me then I don't hear from them again.
I guess I aspire to feel well enough to go to school and be a naturopathic doctor or something along this line.I have been a personal support worker for the elderly until I had a car accident 5 years ago, then I wouldn't drive for a while.
My innermost desire is to find a partner and friend that loves me. I crave it like nothing else, I don't feel whole without a romantic partner, and I have not had one in 4 years.
I could not even imagine dating as I am so overwhelmed and anxious and introverted, I can barely talk to anyone outside my children.

3. What is your profession? Do you enjoy yourself at work? Is it a profession you have willingly chosen? If not, what would it be as per your choice?
No profession at the moment, except being a mother, and I am enjoying it! That is the one thing I do right.
4. What would you like to change in your personality, if at all?
I would love to be outgoing, and neat.

5. Please pick out the adjectives which best describe your personality;

Nervous, Anxious, Shy, Worrying, Paranoid, Proud, Asocial, Guilty, Depressed, Hypochondriac, Untidy, Weepy, Emotional, Impractical, Confused, Suspicious, Jealous, Timid, Aggressive, Headstrong, Forgetful, Follower, Insecure, Immature, Impulsive, Rigid, Restless, Feminine.
These all describe me at times.

6. Did you have any bereavement in life? If yes, how has it affected you?
I lost a child, a husband and my best friend in that order when I was 18 to 19. I tried to commit suicide for quite a few years after that, was on medication, doctors counseling, etc. My parents were never a support system for me. It is something I never got over but would not let myself think that way after the birth of my 1st child. I believe it has led to my withdrawal from society.

7. Do you often suffer from depression? If so, do you prefer company or solitude during those times? Yes, solitude. I did have a brief era where I was an alcoholic/druggie, of 6 months where I was very social. Then I withdrew from society to get my life under control.

8. Do you get angry often? If not, do you feel the anger inside at least? What are the things / issues on which you get angry the most?
I get angry over things like my children whining, or not listening to me, when I am hungry, tired, when I have a plan laid out and something interrupts it, or when someone tries to tell me how I feel.

9. Do you have any issues regarding your parenting by your guardians? How were their nature / behavior towards you during your childhood and adolescents? How has it affected your personality and thoughts? My parents never cared for me, I am the oldest of 4, they didn't have time for me after others were born, my little brother is the favorite, they had 3 girls to get a boy. I was brought up to feel I was no good, just a woman, this could go on forever, too much issue here, they have never helped me out, even if I was homeless and they own houses to rent out. I finally cut them out of my life in the past year as I need to move on from this, there is no way it will ever change.

10. Would you say your sex drive is high, low or average? Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires?I completed this questionnaire as found on this site and then add notes to the bottom. I am hoping someone has some thoughts or wisdom to share. It is extremely high when I am with someone, but I don't just have sex, must be a relationship. I guess it would be low right now then, it is like a switch for me, single/partner. No I am not able to satisfy my desires.
Thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Sepia 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Kapalbhati Pranayam and Anulom Vilom Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.
