Sharp neck pain, mixed feelings about possible pregnancy, cough & cold

Hi,

I wonder if I can get some advise please.

I woke up this morning with a very sharp neck pain on the left side, extending to shoulder blades and now a bit of a headache as well. It is better on movement and terrible when I lay down on my back or try to stand up.

I'm 34 year old female and I'm prolonging to find out whether I'm pregnant. I found my 1st pregnancy quite difficult (loss of control mainly) so whilst I think I'd love another child, the thought of going through it again has been putting me off it.

I have also had a runny nose (bland, non iritating but constant) for about 10 days and I have a dry cough with sweet tasting flem which I can't seem to get rid of.

I have tried Rhus Tox and although it felt like it helped first thing in the morning, when I tried to take it again at lunchtime I didn't see any improvement.

I would be very thankful for some advise.
