Pilar Cyst on scalp

Hi,

I have a Pilar Cyst on my scalp. Here is some information about it from Wikipedia that describes my situation perfectly:

'A trichilemmal cyst (also known as a 'wen', a 'Pilar cyst' and 'Isthmus-catagen cyst' is a common fluid-filled growth (cyst) that forms from a hair follicle. They are most often found on the scalp. The cysts are smooth and mobile, filled with keratin (a protein component found in hair, nails, and skin), and they may or may not be tender. Pilar cysts may run in families.'

My mother has several and I guess I inherited one.

It doesn't bother me, it doesn't hurt, it is not exposed and is not an open wound. It is about the size of a pea, is completely under the skin and my hair hides it well. However, I'd like to know if there are any homeopathic treatments to make it smaller and go away.

Dear Luke, pl take Bacillium 200c 1 dose for 1 day then stop,then from day 2 start calc carb 30c 4 pills 3 times a day for 3 days,pl revert back in 15 days.

Hi,

Thank you for the response. I did a search for 'Bacillium' on this web site and couldn't find anything. Are you referring to Bacillinum 200C?

Hi,

Before I purchase, I just wanted to make sure I'm getting the right medicine. I found this from Hylands:

1 oz 200C Pellets for $22.79
1 oz 30C Pelelts for $13.69

Just wanted to confirm I'm ordering the correct remedies.

Actually it looks like the 2 dram vials with 160 pellets in each will be more cost effective.

2 drams Bacillum 200C in pellet form: $10.29

2 drams Calc Carb 30C in pellet form: $7.59

This is correct?

Unfortunately, I am not able to order the Bacillinum 200C from Hylands because it says 'For Professional Use Only' and can't be added to my shopping cart. While the Calc Carb 30C was added to my shopping cart, I guess I don't have the credentials to purchase such a high dosage of Bacillinum 200C.

Boiron doesn't seem to even have Bacillinum.

The only other place I can find it via abchomeopathy.com is in an online store in the UK which doesn't deliver to the US.

Would you recommend another trusted source for homeopathic medicine that I could purchase online?

Dear JediMasteraBarrett,pl specify where to you stay i.e country & region so that i can find you some homeopathic supplier or you can have a search yourself on google.

http://www.reckeweg.com/ is site of Dr Reckeweg's in us ,have a find there.

It seems that to find an homeopathic medical store nearby in us in difficult as not only you but my other patients also find it difficult to find homeopathic medicines in US & UK,they take from my clinic 3-4 months at a go.

Hi,

I am in Tampa, Florida, USA.

I have done google searches, but I prefer to order it from a recommended source as I am new to homeopathy and have only purchased Hyland's products.

So, are there any recommended online sources you doctors recommend that ship to Florida?

Hi,

I have contacted Hylands, Boiron, reckeweg and Washington Homeopathic Pharmacy and none of them have Bacillinum 200C.

I would like to try this remedy for my pilar cyst.

Any recommendations on where to purchase this?

Dear JediMasterBarrett,i am surprised that you are still unable to find BACILLINUM 200C anywhere here in India we could have found it in any local Homeopathic medical store.

i prescribed you on 23/4/2010 and now its 13 days hmmmm!!!,

i can now only suggest you to get it in via courier through near by places available ,if it would be India i could have send you Baci 200c ,pl have a search buddy.

meanwhile start calc carb 30c for now if Bacillinuim is hard to find.
