1. My Problem is Early Ejaculation cause lots of masturbation.

Whenever I see Porn or some touch my penis I quickly ejaculated we can say within foreplay I can ejaculate semen quality and quantity is not good now.
When ejeculate only few thick drops driping without pressure.
When I wake up feeling pain in knees and back also.
When I go to up stairs Breath very fast even the sound of breathing feel this is I think cause of obesity.
