gas and belly pain

Hello,
a patient had two problems: 1) gas problem 2) belly pain
i applied china off30c + Carbo Veg30c and lycopedium30c for gas problem: almost 10 drops of each on 50 disketts.
i gave him chamomilla200c for belly pain problem and advised him to use only when necessary.

he recovered well in the beginning. But now, somethimes he feels pain in down side of his belly. And he was unable to
recover that pain by the remedies mentioned above. please guide me who to continue.

please give him Nat.Phos-6x and Mag.Phos 6x (4 grain per dose thrice or four times a day)

Age is almost 60

Dear apnasi,pl start with R 7 & BC 3 ,R 7 15 drops 3 times a day,& BC 3 ,5 tabs 3 times a day for 7 days and revert back.
