Insomnia

I was wondering if youcould help my husband with insomnia. He is 43 year old, blue eye, brown hair, 5'10' with 200 pounds, rather heavy build. He had problem with insomnia for years. Recently I tried giving him Nux Vomica, arsenicum, ignatia, bryona. Out of the four bryona seemed to help somewhat, but he still wakes up between 3 and 5 a.m. and then feels sleepy when it is time to get up around 6:30. His sleep is very shallow, wakes up easily. He is rather calm, not too active, prefers to stay inside, doesn't smoke, drinks occasionally, worries about his work and finances, has a yellowish complexion (spots) especially his forehead and around his eyes, and gains weight quickly. I hope that you could help his decades long insomnia.

Dear Teresa W,pl give you husband one dose i.e 4 pills of SULPHUR 30C at night once and not again,from the next day BC 16 5 tabs 3 times a day.
revert back after a week.

Thank you very much for replying, however can you please tell me what BC is - I couldn't find such a remedy. If this is a blend can I purchase them individually? I live in the U.S.A.

I forgot to add that my husband often suffers from nausea, especially after meal, and it seems that is tired all the time - thank you again!

I just got the BC16 today and I would like to clarify one more question. Do I give my yhusband 5 pills 3 times a day for one day or for seven days?
