Finger infection after stitching amputated tip

Last week I had an accident when I chopped the tip of my ring finger. Hospital surgeon stitched the tip and prescribed antibiotics and painkillers.

I took 1m arnica before operation and then after operation based on homeopathic belief and private consultations went for homeopathic solution.

Thus 30c dosages - arnica, hypericum, ledum, calendula, more at the start and then lessening.

Then yesterday the hospital surgeon said there was infection and was angry that I had not followed his antibiotic prescription. I was told that there was 50-50 chance for recovery. I have now gone with his antibiotic prescription. The surgeon's bandages are locked on the finger.

Have you any homeopathic tips against this infection?
