Dark yellowish urine(less quantity)

Dear doctor-
I am 35 year old unmarried man(software professional) suffering from these symptoms since last one and half years.In the past 6 years I went through some depressive episodes due to health problems at homefront.
my physical statistics are as follows
-84kg weight(no loss of weight in recent past)
-5 feet 9 inch height
-slightly obese
-dark circles in under eye region
-shivering of right hand (when holding spoon or pen)or when holding the computer mouse
-slight brownish colour in the white area of the eye.
-appetite and thirst is adequately alright.
-No fever or any flu like symptoms in last one year.
-No headache ever.
-No nausea or vomiting symptoms.
-I AM NON ALCOHOLIC.AND BOTH VEG. AND NONVEG.FOOD HABITS
-Food Indigestion(acidity) happens sometimes(not always).
-low sexual drive.
-Male organ remains flaccid and small all the time.

major SYMPTOMS(SINCE LAST ONE AND HALF YEARS)

1)I am feeling very mild tolerable pain in the upper left abdomen (liver region)after taking food since last 6 months.sometimes I don't feel the pain at all.
-stiffness in the upper abdomen region persists.

2)Unexplained fatigue and tiredness.Feel very exhausted even if I don't engage myself in any laborious activity throughout the day.Don't feel very energetic or enthusiastic.mood remains dull throughout the day.

3)sleeping disorder(since last six months)-even if I lie down on bed for3/4 hours on bed after a hectic day's work I don't get immediate sleep,it is only on the latter part of night(after 2am)-I usually get sleep.No yawning is produced naturally despite remaining awake for a longer period at night.
3)stool is not normal.stool colour is pale and sticky(with foul odour).sometimes the stool color is a little bit blackish(not always).sometimes it comes with a bit of mucus(very rare).

3)Less urge to urinate. Dark yellowish urine with foul smell and mild burning sensation.less quantity of urine comes out.
(i)generally the urine is dark yellowish in colour when my bowel is full with stool.
(ii)After passing stool(when the bowel is empty),the subsequent urine which I pass is crystal clear.As the day progresses and I continue taking food,the subsequent urine becomes mild yellowish,then full yellowish in colour with foul smell.
(iii)Although I take lot of water(appx. 6 litrs a day),the urine quantity remains less.
(iv)The urge to urinate is very low.generally it takes 7/8 hours for me to have an urge for urination again after passing urine at anytime during a day.
PLEASE PRESCRIBE ME SOME MEDICATIONS.
