irregular periods and fatty liver
I have often been irregular when it comes to periods- it started when I was about 14 and I am now almost 23. For many years I took ortho-tri cyclin birth control but stopped back in January. My period has stopped since.I have been under stress, have consistent acne all over my face, skin tags on my neck and chest, and have recently been diagnosed with fatty liver (very high liver enzymes, too much iron in my body). I don't know if these can be related. I have been trying to eat healthier, reducing sugars, carbohydrates, meats and dairy. I have also been trying to exercise but no change in my weight has occurred. I am also experiencing fatigue no matter how many hours I sleep. Any advice would be appreciated. My doctors have not been very helpful.
