erectile disfunction problem

About myself.
I am 32 years male. i got married before 7 years. previously when i was teenagers , from that age i dont get my penis erected in late night time around 5 am.
i realised sexual interest in the year of 21 of my age. at that time i started to do masturbation. but while doing masturbation also i did not get my penis erected fully. it get only some level of hardness. when i was watching porn photographs or movies . i think to be excited and i feel my penis is dancing and trying to erect. but physically my penis was dumb. this problem is still continuing with me.
in the age of 25 i got married. for the first month when i started to do fore sex. i dot too much excited while startup kissing touching internal body parts. and soon i get discharged my sperm.
after 2 years also i cant satisfty my wife every time. some time i manage to make my wife to get orgasom. but even i feel bad that i cant give her satisfaction every time.
at that time We were not having any child so we consult gynacologist for child planning. i have been checked for complete semen test.
Report shows poor semen count and presence of pus cells. doctor recomends me for Hefer ayurvedic tablet.
I taken that tablet for 6 months. after that i got one baby.
But my orignal problem of erectyle disfunction still exists.
For this what medicines should be taken, and how many days it will take to come out of my problem.
