Skin problem-scars and marks

hello

I have got a lot of scars through out the body,particularly on hands .The cause for all is simple..mosquito and insectbites...scratching.....some small wounds due to spilled hot water,iron box and the chicken pox(in my 7 years ,now I am 21) scars about a coin size.
I think my skin metabolism is slow .I easily prone to skinallergies caused by hay dust . so I cannot wear sleeveless Tops:( .short skirts:(
this year I am getting acne too .particularly on forehead and left cheek also add oil to my worries.

p.s: am little overweight ie two kgs more than average weight i.e61 kgs.and I rarely got exposure to sun

Please Tell me a suitable medicine
