inpaending blood sugar/diabetes ?

sir,
my friend is much junior in age to me he is 30yrs,5'6',light black in colour,talkative,good and soft hearted,sentimental,courteous.
presently ,he is going thro emotional turmoil he is trying for separation frm his spouse.
he is married for last six months only.
he used to get styes on his eyes upper or lower lids frequently since last many years. for last 2 yrs he is suffering from problem of ring worms on thigh and legs,the medicins tried are -calc carb 30,sepia 200, nat sulph 30,but little or no relief,abt one week back he complained sand paricle like sensation in his right eye so he was given natrum mur 30 and he was ok
he rported good sleep and now on 3 rd and 4th day he complained 4 to 5 motions and said feeling highly relieved ansnd light,but says feels little weak after stool,and having very voracious hunger / appetite,feels better afer eating somthing he ate molasis('gud' in hindi)an coconut and was feeling better
i fear if he is heading towards blood sugar problem.
pl. ur opinion and further action.
