Perianal Abscess in infants

Our 3 month grandson has a perianal abscess that has been treated with 2 storong antibiotics; it goes away for a while, but keeps coming back with a pimple that eventually pops with compresses.

Is there any cure for this other than surgery? We hear that sometimes it comes back even after 2 surgeries. Please help with alternative methods. Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You should crush 2 pellets of silciea 6x and give it with some 1 tsp water to the child. This constitutes one dose. You may give him 4 such doses at a gap of 3 hours daily for 10 days and see how that affects.
