my mental state is quite stressed actually,i do worry alot i suffer with phobias and social phobias ,moody at times i wouldnt say im very calm i suffer anxiety alot.
i have many money worries and stress dosent help when im stressed i feel ill more.
i get headaches that can alternate from eye to the other especially around menstruation times.
i hate the heat or getting too hot i panic and stress with this,id rather be cold than hot,i dont sweat really i just get got quickly,i prefer fresh air.
I feel not so good in the mornings leading up to lunchtimes then i feel little better after lunch ,but i can feel the symptoms all through out the day,
my sleeping isnt so good i awake around 6am every morning now,and cant get back to sleep ,i go to sleep late at night around 12 as i have to watch the tv in order to get to sleep.
I dont sweat easily but when im anxoius i have emotional sweat under the arms.
i dont drink much water as i forget i drink tea around 4 to 5 times a day.
i can feel vertigo when i move around too quiickly, but when im sitting still i cant keep my eyes fixed on one thing i move them from one object to the other as if i cant focus long in one thing, the vertigo feeling is better when im being active but worse whilst lying down.
my bowels are fairly regular wich is in the mornings once a day or if im very nervous about something then more than once,i have ibs when im stressed sometimes.
i do have sexual desires but they are not satisfied as i have no partner at the moment.
my menstrual cycle is not so regular as it was about every 23 to 25 days.rather than 28 days!
its heavey and i get bad period pains in the back and pelvis more so now im older they get worse i always get headaches at the start, sometimes can last for 2 to 3 days,.period can last from sometimes 3 days or some cycles up to 5 days they vary .not always the same.

Please take three doses of Phosphorus 200c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
