Piles

Unsatifaction after stools. Frequent stools. Burning pilesand like splinters.
Gas formation and hard stool.
Earlier took Nux Vom and sulphur as advised but no improvement.
Pls advise

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
In general avoid all refined and junk food.
Include fibre rich vegetables and fruits.
Drink adequate water.
Take mild exercise such as walking.
